Tonya speaks with Jessica Case about how age, motherhood, and her Asian-American heritage each play a role in her fitness journey.

Jessica Case is the deputy publisher of Pegasus Books, based in Manhattan. She graduated from Princeton University with a degree in history and a minor in Russian, and after a short stint in Washington, D.C., working in think tanks, she moved to New York to pursue a career in publishing.
