Alyson and L.L. (Lisa) Kirchner (award-winning screenwriter and author. Her next book, Blissful Thinking: A Memoir of Overcoming the Wellness Revolution, will be out with Motina Books in late September, 2023.) discuss the “Why You Should Look Forward to Menopause Scene” from Fleabag (Season 2, Episode 3) directed and starring Phoebe Waller-Bridge as Fleabag and Kristin Scott-Thomas as Belinda. Alyson and L.L.  talk about how far reaching the scene is and what a joy it is to watch these two actors sink their teeth into a substantive conversation about topics that consume our daily lives; pain, power, hormones and flirting to name a few. And yes, they can’t stop talking about how masterful the whole run of Fleabag is and how it might just be time for a rewatch. Come and listen and watch some Fleabag, go ahead, you won’t regret either.
